- South African winger Duhan van der Merwe was the lone man to double up on tries, bagging himself a brace, while Chris Dean, Lewis Carmichael, Jamie Ritchie, Blair Kinghorn, Sean Kennedy, Neil Cochrane, Darcy Graham, Damien Hoyland, Solomoni Rasolea and Cameron Fenton all getting their name on the scoresheet in a thrilling rout for the hosts.
- A bonus-point victory means Edinburgh Rugby are now 13 points clear at the Pool 4 summit, with second-placed Stade Francais Paris taking on London Irish on Saturday as the competition for places in the knockout stages heat up.
- Van der Merwe dotted down the opening try of the match within 90 seconds and Edinburgh Rugby were 33-0 up after 22 minutes with Dean, Carmichael, Ritchie and Kinghorn all crossing the whitewash in an impressive opening quarter.
