Bath will be aiming to complete the double over Cammi Rugby Calvisano to move a step closer to the Amlin Challenge Cup quarter-finals.
The West Country giants recorded a 67-11 victory over the Italians at the Rec last weekend to maintain their maximum points start to the season.
Bath ran in 10 tries in the comprehensive victory with Horacio Agulla, Mark McMillan, Dom Day, Josh Ovens, Guy Mercer, Nick Koster, Kane Palma Newport and Dave Attwood all on the scoreboard.
They sit six points clear at the top of Pool Four and can move within touching distance of the knockout stages with a victory at the Peroni Stadium.
But the Italian minnows will be determined to give a better account of themselves on home soil.
They have claimed just two wins in 15 Amlin Challenge Cup matches but they will take confidence from their last home outing in Europe where they took Agen to the wire.

Bath moved eight points clear at the helm of Pool 4 with a comfortable 39-5 bonus point victory away to Cammi Rugby Calvisano.
The West Country side carried on from where they left off last weekend, scoring seven tries in northern Italy to continue their unbeaten run in the Pool stage.
Argentinawing Horacio Agulla was the star of the show, crossing for a hat-trick to add to his two tries against the same opposition in the previous week.
Snow was cleared from the Centro Sportivo San Michele pitch before kick-off but the visitors didn’t need long to warm up as Simon Taylor crashed over for the first try after just three minutes.
Agulla was soon on the score sheet as he grabbed the first of his three just eight minutes later, although Bath captain Stephen Donald couldn’t add the extras as he had done with the first score.
Paul Griffin missed a penalty chance for the hosts just before Agulla touched down for his second.
Tom Biggs then collected the fourth try and the all-important bonus point just minutes before the interval.
Jack Cuthbert and replacement Mark McMillan then touched down for second half scores as the visitors continued to dominate.
Hooker Luigi Ferraro crashed over for a late consolation for the hosts but it was Bath and Agulla who had the last word. The former Leicester Tigers winger collected his hat-trick just before the final whistle to seal an impressive display as Bath continue their unbeaten campaign.
