New coach Matt Williams takes charge of Ulster for the first time for the clash of the bottom two in Pool 2 at Ravenhill.
Ulster produced a much better showing against the Ospreys in Round Four last month but the 1999 champions have an unpleasant record of four defeats from four matches.
Bourgoin will be searching for a double after beating the Irishmen 24-17 at home in November.
But Bourgoin haven’t won away from home in the competition in 16 matches since winning against Sale Sharks in the 2002/03 season.
Tickets are still available for the Promenade, Memorial Stand and Terrace for this game and can be purchased online from www.ulsterrugby.com and the Ulster Rugby ticket line 028 9049 3222 (Option 2) between 10-12 noon or alternatively from over the Ravenhill counter.
