Third placed in the pool of death Clermont take on leaders Munster in a mammoth match in France.

Clermont, the European Challenge Cup holders, have not reached the quarter-final since 2002 but the free-flowing attacking side have averaged 42.5 points at home in their two matches this season.

2006 winners Munster are one point clear of London Wasps and have picked up points in both of their away matches this season including a crucial 29-16 win at Llanelli Scarlets last month.

This one could go either way but a Munster win will end Clermont’s Heineken Cup hopes.
