Manuel Ordas scored in the very first minute, with Sean Robinson and Jean Monribot adding two more in the first half.
Two Ordas conversions, a Brandon Fajardo penalty and a late try from Remy Baget stretched their advantage.
Irish could only summon a 31st-minute try from Belgium Tuatagaloa and a Matt Williams effort after the break in response.
