Two former European champions go head to head in an all-English tie for their first meeting in the competition since their epic quarter-final in 2006.

Bath Rugby, down to 13 men for the final 10 minutes, produced one of the most heroic victories in Heineken Cup history as they knocked double European champions Leicester out of the tournament.

The coaches may have changed but many of the players who will take the to Walkers Stadium turf remain the same and will have revenge and a place in the final four of the competition as their motivation.

This season, both sides progressed from tough Pools as winners. Leicester won a competitive Pool three despite suffering two defeats, while Bath got through Pool 5 unbeaten, recording five wins and a draw in the final round with Toulouse.
