Dragons coach Paul Turner will hope his men can achieve back-to-back bonus point victories against Benetton Treviso at their home patch of Rodney Parade.

The Welsh region, semi-finalists in last season’s European Challenge Cup, gained their first victory in their 2007-8 Heineken Cup campaign with a dramatic come-from-behind 35-33 win thanks to a late drop goal from their Wales fly-half Ceri Sweeney.

And they will need a similar free-flowing performance against the Italian champions to keep their slim hopes of a last eight spot for the first time alive.

But Franco Smith’s side will have to buck an alarming away-day trend that sees them winning just one of their 18 matches on the road in the Heineken Cup, that win was against Bourgoin three seasons ago.
