Agen sneaked past Grenoble to pick up a crucial Challenge Cup Pool 5 victory on Friday night.
Agen took an early lead through Leo Berdeu, who was able to slot a simple penalty kick in the first five minutes.
The lead lasted 15 minutes, until Alexandre Dardet dived over the game’s sole try of the first half, which Mattheiu Ugalde converted.
The half ended as it started, with Berdeu popping over a kickable penalty to narrow the gap at the interval.
Ugalde extended the advantage with a penalty kick on 51 minutes, before the crucial try gave Agen victory.
It was Rokoduru who was able to dive over the try line, and although the conversion was not made, a late penalty kick from Berdeu secured success.
